Sophia standing in front of a vineyard in Tuscany, Italy.

My name is Sophia Iannelli and I am a junior public relations major at Kent State University who made one joke about my passion for cheese, and here we are.

If I’m being honest, I spend most of my time working. Whether I’m in class, at work or running a student organization, I am always on the go and thinking business. More Cheese Please gives me the opportunity to write about something fun, that I truly enjoy.

With a last name like Iannelli, it’s hard to be mistaken for anything but Italian. Growing up, Italian food was some of my favorite food in the world. You can’t have Italian food without…cheese. I was even lucky enough to spend the summer of 2019 studying abroad in Florence, Italy and never in my life have I appreciated cheese so much! Ever since, my love for cheese has only grown.

More Cheese Please is the perfect place to get your daily dose of dairy (and non-dairy) delight. From making the perfect charcuterie board and making some of the best cheese recipes, to discovering your favorite restaurant’s cheesy secrets, More Cheese Please delves deep into what it means to be a #cheeselover.

There is such an abundance of possibility when it comes to cheese. If you like it funky or mild, hard or soft, paired or all by itself: there is a cheese for you. There is so much to learn and More Cheese Please is the place to learn it.

Besides a love for cheese, I have a love for Cincinnati, cats, Xavier basketball and most of all, my family. I am so excited you’re here and can’t wait to infuse this blog with all of my favorite things and hopefully, some of yours.

Join me on my journey exploring all things cheese and never stop asking for More Cheese Please!
